Please note the College recommends that all computers used on site be covered for accidental damage as a minimum to avoid the additional cost of replacing it and to minimise loss of computer time in the class.
IMPORTANT
Before you opt out of the Protection Package, please be aware that it covers your device for:
- Mechanical warranty (no excess)
- Accidental damage (£20 excess)
This cover applies whether the incident takes place at College, home, in a car, or in any other location including holidays and temporary visits outside the UK.
The cover stays with the device even if you leave College and you can make unlimited mechanical warranty claims and for accidental damage you can claim one replacement device each year.
